Is there a room block?
Yes, please reference the Travel tab of our website. There is a block of rooms available at the Hyatt House. We encourage you to book quickly as May is considered high peak season & we only have a limited number of rooms available!
What if I dont want to stay in Downtown Charleston?
You are welcome to stay wherever you would like! However, please be aware that Ubers/Lyfts will be about a 30 minute ride & $40-$50 each way if you are staying across one of the bridges or at a beach. We unfortunately cannot offer Uber codes to offset that cost. There will also not be any available/designated parking at the venues should you choose to drive.
Can you help me get early check in for our hotel room?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange that for you. You will need to call Hyatt House directly and ask for early check in or late check out if needed!
What flight should I book?
Totally up to you! We recommend choosing a flight that arrives into CHS by 4:00p on Thursday 4/30 so you have plenty of time to get to the hotel & settled before our Welcome Party!

Due to venue capacities, the entire weekend is an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for making arrangements to celebrate with us!
